Working towards a Steiner school in Leicestershire.....

The parent & child group is on a break for the next few weeks while we look for a more suitable venue and make some changes.

We need a lot of help with every aspect of setting up the school so please contact us if you're interested in getting involved, finding out more or if you would like to be added to our email list for updates on progress.

Steiner education is based on the different phases of child development and takes account of the whole child – academic, physical, emotional and spiritual.

Artistic activity and the development of the imagination are integral to learning. Each child is accepted and valued for what he or she brings, be it artistic or academic ability, physical or social skill.

Steiner schools follow a curriculum developed by Rudolf Steiner which covers the whole spectrum of the sciences, humanities and arts. Lessons also include woodworking, knitting, gardening and other “life skills”.
